Today's journal is focusing on what you have learned on your job so far.

A new employee has come into your workplace. You are in charge of teaching them the ropes. Your supervisor tells you not to miss anything when teaching the new person but nothing else but that. What are you going to do? List all the steps that you will tell the person about your job. You have to remember to included, safety, work hours, rules and regulations, coffee breaks, start and stop times, etc.... anything that is applicable to your workplace.

Today's journal reflection is focusing on YOUR GROWTH AS A WORKER.
Who are you as a worker? You have been out in the workforce, for CWEX, now 3 weeks. In 3 weeks that is long enough to BLEND into your work place. What does that mean? You should come in and out of your work place like an EMPLOYEE! Are you causing your employer to work? You are you an asset to their place of business? These are things you need to think of.

Who states teenagers can't be CEO's... What does it mean by putting yourself out there?

1. Write down 5 to 10 points about people in your world that you admire. Why do you admire them? What qualities do they possess? Think... What is it about them that you are drawn to? Why are you drawn to them?

2. What legend (legacy) do you want to leave?

Are you surrounding yourself with people who inspire you? Who are you around? People who build you up? or people who are taking you down? No response needed.... This is a question for you and who you want to become. Think.... Who is around you that tells you that there are no limits to possibility? "Ordinary People can do the EXTRAORDINARY"

- Communication - How is your communicating skills in your workplace? Who are you regularly communicating with at work?
- What is the main topic of conversation? When you don't understand something who do you go to and how do you ask?
- When work gets boring what do you do? Are you sitting doing nothing or are you asking for something to do? How do you ask for something to do?
- What if you want to see something or do something you haven't done yet? How are you going to ask?
- How to talk to customers? What do you need to remember?
- When you are asked a question that you don't understand, what do you do? What do you say to your employer?

What does that mean? It means you include everything that you experienced. What you felt, when it was good, when you learned, etc...
